Arbitration

Any dispute arising from the relationships between the parties to this contract shall be determined by one arbitrator who will be chosen in accordance with the Arbitration rules of the Chamber of Commerce of Colombia Arbitration Center.

Notice of Dispute

Before initiating the arbitration process, you agree to provide a notice detailing the nature and grounds of the dispute, and the specific relief sought. If an agreement is not reached within 30 days, either party may proceed with arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

The arbitration process shall take place in Santa Marta, Magdalena, Colombia, and the language of arbitration shall be Spanish. The arbitrator's award is binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia, which governing agreement shall govern without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Global Availability

Gurwi can be accessed from countries around the world. Each of these places has laws that may differ from those of Colombia. By accessing Gurwi, you agree that the laws of Colombia will govern all matters relating to the use of Gurwi and these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gurwi and its licensors.
