We also collect information from mobile devices for a better user experience, though these features are completely optional:

  • Camera: Granting camera permission allows the user to upload any photos directly from Gurwi Services.
  • Photo gallery: Granting access to the photo gallery allows the user to upload any images from their photo gallery.

To know whether the app is working well, we record diagnostic data linked to your account: errors that occur, slow screens and requests, launch time, the screens you visit, device model, operating system, and app version. It is designed to exclude the content of your messages and classes, and what we store ourselves is deleted after 90 days. For crash reports we use Firebase Crashlytics (Google).

Information Usage

Any information we collect from you may be used to:

  • Improve our Services (we continually strive to improve our offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)

Gurwi will collect End User Data necessary to provide Gurwi Services to our customers. End users may voluntarily provide us with information they have made available on social media websites.
