Gurwi for business

From the manual nobody reads to the course your team actually finishes

Gurwi for business is a visual, interactive learning platform that turns your company's documents — manuals, brochures, regulations — into classes and courses with quizzes, narration and visual resources, from a single instruction or an uploaded file. It's for operations, HR and learning leaders who share the same pain: a lot of people need to learn a lot of information, fast and well.

What do companies use Gurwi for?

To train teams when time is tight: product launches, regulatory changes and employee onboarding. The learning leader uploads the source document, Gurwi generates the course, they adjust and publish it, and employees take it on their phone or computer with narration, questions and teaching resources.

Product launch

The plan launches Monday and 300 reps must master it

A telecom launches a new plan and the whole sales force has to know it now. The learning lead uploads the brochure, Gurwi generates the class, they tweak whatever doesn't convince them and publish it. Reps take it on their phones, with narration and questions.

Regulatory change

The rules changed and the team needs retraining

An insurer uploads the law and Gurwi brings it down to earth as a clear course. And if a detail isn't clear, the employee selects the passage and asks Gurwi for a deeper explanation, without leaving the class.

Employee onboarding

Every new hire, the same questions

Turn onboarding into a visual course each person takes at their own pace from day one. And when something changes, you edit the course in minutes — no more repeating the same talk.

How does Gurwi for business work?

In three steps: upload the document or write an instruction; review and edit what Gurwi generates from the web portal; and publish to your team, with quiz-based assessment and usage tracking. When needed, Gurwi also searches the web and cites its sources.

  1. 01

    Upload the document

Or write the instruction. Gurwi researches, writes the material and generates the visual resources, quizzes and narration for the class or the full course.

  2. 02

    Review and edit

Everything goes through the web portal before publishing: text, images, quizzes, structure. If something doesn't convince you, change it. Nothing reaches your team without your sign-off.

  3. 03

    Publish and measure

Assign instructors and learners, assess with quizzes and see how they use the material. Your team studies on their phone or computer.

How much control does the training team have?

All control runs through your organization's admin portal: you create roles and permissions, add instructors and learners, decide who creates and who publishes, assess with quizzes and see how the material you published is used.

  • Roles and permissions Owners, admins, creators and learners: everyone sees and does only what's theirs.
  • Instructors and learners Add your people, organize the courses and decide who takes what.
  • Assessment Quizzes with time, points and live validation to verify what was studied actually stuck.
  • Usage tracking See how the material is used to know what works and what needs reinforcing.

Plus: your employees can also create their own classes about whatever sparks their curiosity — and even learn languages with them.

What happens to my company's documents?

Your content lives in private spaces per organization, with roles and permissions. It's private from the start: only the people in your organization you authorize can access it. Your documents are used as the source for your courses and stay in your organization's space.

  • Private spaces per organization Each organization has its own space, with roles and permissions.
  • Private by default Your organization's content starts private; you define who has access.
  • Controlled visibility You decide what's private, what's unlisted and what's public.

How is Gurwi different from a manual or a traditional LMS?

A manual is text almost nobody finishes, and a traditional LMS depends on catalogs, licenses and outside vendors. Gurwi generates the course from your own documents the same day, in a visual and interactive format, and your team takes it on their phones with no long implementations.

Aspect Manuals & onboarding talks Traditional LMS Gurwi
Creating a new course Weeks of writing and slides Buy a catalog or hire instructional design Same day: upload the document and edit what it generates
Format Hundreds of pages of text Passive videos and PDFs Visual, interactive classes with quizzes and narration
Updating content Reprint and redistribute Wait for the vendor Edit and republish in minutes
Assessment Hard to run and measure Separate modules Quizzes with live validation and usage tracking
Languages One, maybe two Depends on the catalog Content has no language limit

Start small

30-day pilot

A 30-day pilot with a team of up to 20 people — we set up your first course from your own material within the first week. If it delivers results, we scale it to the whole organization.

Behind Gurwi is a team obsessed with making learning anything but boring — and you set up the pilot talking directly with the founder.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Gurwi for business cost?

We don't publish a single price because every company starts differently: let's talk. You begin with a 30-day pilot with a team of up to 20 people, and from there we define the plan based on size and usage. Write to contacto@gurwi.com.

What languages can the content be in?

Whichever you need. The interface is in Spanish, English and Portuguese, and the content has no language limit: request the same course in the languages your operation requires.

Can we edit what Gurwi generates?

Yes, everything. Each class is reviewed and edited from the web portal before publishing: text, images, quizzes and course structure. Nothing reaches your team without your learning lead's approval.

What happens to our documents?

They're used as the source for your courses and live in your organization's private space, with roles and permissions. Only the people in your organization you authorize can access them.

Do we need to install anything?

No. The admin portal runs in the browser and your team takes the classes on the web or in the Gurwi app for iOS and Android.

How do we start?

Write to contacto@gurwi.com and tell us what your team needs to learn. We set up the 30-day pilot, and within the first week your first course is up and running, created from your own material.
